About the Role
Bridgers Finance is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of
BridgeVault — our decentralized multi-chain wallet — and user-facing features that interact
with the Bridgers.xyz interoperability network. You will architect and deliver seamless UI,
backend, and Web3 wallet logic while ensuring performance, security, and scalability
across our global user base.
As a senior engineer, you will mentor the development team, drive architectural decisions,
and work closely with the blockchain, product, and DevOps teams to accelerate wallet and
cross-chain innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of front-end wallet applications (React / Next.js).
Architect scalable backend services in Node.js or Python.
Implement multi-chain wallet actions using Web3.js, Ethers.js, WalletConnect.

Integrate OmniBridge and MetaPath routing logic for decentralized interoperability.
Develop dashboards including asset tracking, swaps, histories, and liquidity paths.
Design secure key-handling, authentication, and transaction signing workflows.
Build cloud-native microservices on AWS and/or GCP.
Establish CI/CD automation, container orchestration, logging, and observability.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and uphold engineering best standards.
Collaborate with Product to define technical priorities and deliverables.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for complex system components.
Requirements
7–9+ years of full-stack professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Rust, Solidity, Go.
Backend development experience using Node.js or Python frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud services.
Strong familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with Web3 libraries, blockchain RPCs, and wallet integrations.
Strong understanding of REST / GraphQL API design and consumption.
Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and release planning.
Preferred
Experience with Terraform or IaC tooling.
Expertise in UI/UX best practices for decentralized applications.
Experience with indexing, caching, and messaging layers (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of cryptographic signing, gas estimation, and safe UX flows.
Experience shipping Web3 wallets, browser extensions, or dApps.

Contributions to open-source Web3 or infrastructure projects.
Compensation Structure
Hourly Rate: USD $82 – $108 per hour
Bi-weekly invoicing
Payment via USDT, USDC, or USD bank transfer
40 hours per-week commitment
Bonus & Incentives
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of total billable hours quarterly, based on contribution
to uptime reliability, automation efficiency, or critical project delivery.
Availability Bonus: Additional hourly multiplier (+15%) for on-call rotation or emergency
response outside standard hours.
Retention Bonus: Long-term contractors (2+ years) may qualify for a loyalty incentive
equivalent to one month of average billings.
Contract Duration
Initial Term: 1 year (renewable, extendable to 3+ years).
Renewal: Subject to performance review.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
