Linux System Administrator

In this role, you will operate and evolve the company’s internal IT systems while driving a major infrastructure transformation. You’ll work in a generalist environment with a wide technical scope, minimal bureaucracy, and zero external client pressure.
What you’ll do:
● Operate and administer Linux & Windows servers
● Manage web/app servers, databases, and CI/CD pipelines
● Automate and orchestrate infrastructure (Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes or similar)
● Ensure IT security, monitoring, and backups
● Support internal users (all tech-savvy colleagues)
● Contribute to long-term infrastructure redesign
What you’ll have:
● Proven experience in Linux/Windows system administration
● Experience with automation, CI/CD, and virtualization
● Strong networking, firewall, and IT security knowledge
● Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Proxmox
● German level B2 or higher
Nice-to-Haves
● Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
● Infrastructure-as-Code or advanced scripting
